THE BUS COMPANY

The responsibility for ensuring that buses are operated correctly is, first and foremost, that of the bus company. If you have a complaint, commendation or suggestion you should contact the manager of the bus company concerned. If you are unhappy with the response you may wish to make the Council aware of your complaint.

THE TRAFFIC COMMISSIONER

NATIONAL BUS USERS' FEDERATION

The N.F.B.U. helps bus passengers with local problems, campaigns for high quality bus services and provides a national voice for bus users. Membership costs £7 per annum £5 for pensioners/unwaged and includes a regular newsletter.
